SC 25-33 CNC - Vertical lathe
Vertical lathe complete retrofitted. Manual vertical lathe SC 27 (dia. 2630 mm) was modified and transformed into a CNC Vertical lathe with higher swing diameter capacity of 3300 mm. To increase the diameter capacity was installed on the machine a new cross-rail and added device between columns and bed. Guideways of the machine were re-made. The slides were plated with new anti-friction material.
Hydraulic, lubrication elements were replaced with new CE elements. New electrical cabinet (Rittal) built with Siemens, Schneider elements were connected to this CNC vertical turning lathe.
The machine received new ball screws, feed drives(Siemens) and CNC control Siemens 840Di. Cross rail guideways were protected with black bellow covers. The machine was repainted with RAL color. After the geometry of the machine was re-made according to DIN norms, the machine was testing under power on all functions.
