SC 17 DRO - Vertical lathe
Vertical lathe complete overhauled. The machine was dismantled, all parts were checked, broken or damaged parts were replaced. Guideways of the machine were re-made it. The slides were plated with new anti-friction material.
Hydraulic, lubrication elements were replaced with new CE elements. New electrical cabinet built with Siemens, Schneider elements connected to vertical turning lathe SC 17. The machine received a Heidenhain digital readout system (DRO) and linear scales.
The machine was repainted with RAL color. After geometry of machine was re-made according to DIN norms, the machine was testing under power on all functions.
